Attorney-at-law, tax consultant
Alexander Kutsch (*1974) studied law in Freiburg and worked there at the Institute of Commercial Law as a scientific consultant. Between 2004 and 2005 he worked for the international firm Haarmann Hemmelrath. Since 2006 he has worked as consultant at GRAF KANITZ, SCHÜPPEN & PARTNER for national and international businesses and families in the areas of commercial law and taxation. Since July 2011 he has been a partner of GRAF KANITZ, SCHÜPPEN & PARTNER and since 2012 visiting lecturer for corporate succession / taxation.

Corporate law, international tax law and corporate taxation, transactions and acquisitions (including financing), transformation and restructuring projects, foundations and trusts, problem solving in (family) businesses and in the fiscal area (including representation in lawsuits).
